Robin studied history at Wadham College, at the University of Oxford. He is currently campaigning to decolonise the curriculum and encourage Britain to have a warts-and-all view of its imperial past.
He also works with the Commonwealth Disabled People’s Forum and in 2019 visited the UN in New York to coordinate a response to the UN Convention On The Rights of Disabled People.
He has also hosted stages in Parliament Square for the rally for Europe and for Extinction Rebellion.
He recently gave a talk on ‘Myth Busting the British Empire’ to teachers, campaigners and curriculum and policy makers. It can be viewed here.
